The ROSHARON LAGOON WAS INITIALLY EXPECTED TO OPEN IN 2021 but that project is still in the planning stages, according to a representative for the developer. Both the Rosharon and Katy lagoons are expected to feature turquoise water, white-sand beaches, paddleboard and kayak options, among other amenities.
