ABOUT ROBERT BROTHERTON
Robert Brotherton, P.E. retired as the City Engineer and Director of Public Works and Utilities for the City of Dunedin, Florida in 2003 and started the engineering firm of Brotherton Engineering, Inc. He currently serves as the City Engineer by contract with several small cities in Pinellas County. He also functions as the “Engineer of Record” for several condo developments and performs expert witness services. One of his contracts incudes the development of the NPDES Permit for one of the 4 NPDES permits in Pinellas County. His expertise is in the design of water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, land development, and management of government public works and utility services.
