Khalid has worked for Turner Construction in the New York business unit managing at-risk work from change order in access of $180M. There he worked with subcontractors to reduce the amount of the liability of unpaid change order by increasing documentation controls in order to get subs paid faster and more frequently. His love for construction and technology started while visiting job sites as I child with his father who is a union carpenter in New York. Khalid has spent his entire life and career in the construction industry and brings his 10+ years of experience on using tech tools to help the financial performance of a project by effectively managing project and foreman meetings with accurate real-time information.
