Product Development includes using Innovation Engineering to generate new ideas for products and Technology Driven Market Intelligence to ensure there is a market. Cyber Security and NIST 800-171 requirements includes what information is covered, recommended actions, compliance checklist and other vital information. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from a joint program between the University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Richard has attended Innovation Engineering Black Belt training, which allows for customizing the innovation programs for TMAC customers. Richard is one of two master trainers for the MEP Technology Scouting and Technology Driven Market Intelligence, and has conducted multiple projects in addition to training courses.
