Lori Reed Tilt provides marketing solutions for clients in the design and construction industry. She has over 30 years of marketing experience. Lori established Tilt Marketing in 2001, and her firm specializes in: marketing strategy, business development, collateral materials, websites, social media, trade shows and public relations.

 

Her clients include: general contractors, construction consultants, commercial developers, architects, interior designers, engineers, residential remodeling firms, luxury product lines and construction software resellers.

 

As a representative of long-term client Speedheat U.S., Lori is active with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA). She holds a degree in public relations from the University of Georgia.

 

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from UGA in 1987. Before graduating, I completed two internships (PR and Marketing), and I sold ads and managed the college newspaper advertising department at the Red & Black. Upon graduation, I worked at the AJC in sales and marketing. I took my first job in the design and construction industry in 1990, and I have been working in the field ever since.

 

Prior to starting my own firm, I was a marketing coordinator for RDA International (a commercial interior design firm), business development director for Heery (largest multidisciplinary firm in Atlanta at the time), and marketing director for CGLS Architects.

 

I started my own firm in 2001, and I work almost exclusively with clients in the design and construction industry. I enjoy public speaking, and I have made the following presentations focused on commercial and residential design and construction. Recent topics include:
