Ms. Pettersen, Associate Consultant, supports owners, contractors, and attorneys through complex proactive and forensic construction projects. As a scheduling expert, she helps clients avoid costly delays by effectively developing baseline schedules and performing periodic schedule updates throughout the project.
Ms. Pettersen supports clients in the government, energy, safety, water resources, residential, and nonprofit sectors through other project controls functions including cost estimating and risk management. Additionally, she guides owners, developers, contractors, engineers, and architects in the claims and litigation process by analyzing change orders and schedule delays, quantifying damages, and reviewing construction contracts for complex construction projects across the globe.
Ms. Pettersen earned a Master of Science in Engineering Systems Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. She is a member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC), Construction Leadership Council (CLC) Austin Chapter Steering Council and AACE International (AACE).
