Chris has over 25 years in business management, including 17 years in project management.
His project experience started in small projects – managing a few internal software projects within Dell Computer. Later, he moved on to Waste Management, as the PM responsible for the execution stage of a routing optimization project in the Midwest and Canada groups. His teams were responsible for the logistics optimization of the entire fleet of vehicles across a geographically dispersed region. He remained WM until the project was completed in 2005.
For the past 12 years, Chris has consulted for major capital projects ranging from $10 million to $40+ billion in 25 countries across six continents. Key areas of expertise include probabilistic (Monte Carlo) cost and schedule risk analysis, project execution planning, project framing, corporate project management system training, value improving practices, and facilitation of various technical or business reviews of projects in the energy sector. In the last 6 years, he has taught dozens of project management courses to capital project professionals around the globe.
Chris is a certified PMI Project Management Professional, and has presented for PMI in Singapore, Western Australia, and Houston, TX chapters, as well as for industry forums.
