As Principal Engineer, Bill is responsible for the technical oversight of the geotechnical engineering services, including instruction and guidance of the engineering staff. He provides supervision and review of geotechnical subsurface explorations, geotechnical engineering design, seismic engineering services, senior project management, and business development. Bill's responsibilities also include construction materials testing and special inspections, construction QA/QC, and senior construction management.
Bill's experience includes major geotechnical explorations on projects such as the Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the Georgia Aquarium, 1180 Peachtree, 300 Park Avenue, the Northside Hospital Cherokee Replacement Hospital, and many others. His experience also covers projects in the following states where he holds Professional Engineer registrations: Georgia, Alabama, Hawaii, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Bill is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), the International Code Council (ICC), and the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
